Club Site




		This an EASY (for you) service designed for organisations such as Clubs, Church’s etc. that require to keep members up to date with event schedules, “News Letters”, “Event Program” or other information, that changes regularly

	We create the main part of your web site for you based on either our “Brochure” or “Site +” service (and don’t forget if what we are offering is not quite what you want, we can normally change it to suite your exact requirements). Our normal published fees apply for creating your main web site

	We also create a template based on the theme or layout of the web site that we create for you, all you have to do is change the template that we make for you with your groups updates


	You then have the choice of updating your web site yourself or sending the updated template back to us (via e-mail) and we will do the update for you.


	The template that we create for you is in Microsoft Word 2000, Word 2002(XP), Publisher 2000 or Publisher 2002(XP). You will need one of theses Microsoft programme’s to update the template, if you use another word processor or publishing programme please contact us and we will see what we can do the help.


	*Publishing of your updates on your web site :*


	If you want to do it yourself, we will help you. You will not be able to change (or damage) the main web site that we create for you. You will have your own (protected) area of the Internet where you can publish your web site (page) update.


	If you want us to publish. the updated details for you, all you have to do is e-mail us the (MS Word or Publisher) revised document to us, and we will do the rest.


	In addition to our normal web site set up and creation creation fees, we charge just £29.00 extra for this service. The £29 includes the template and the special protected area of the Internet where your updates will be published

	An additional monthly fee of just £1.00 is applied to the normal service charge for your main web site, for clients who are able to carry out their own Internet updates

		If you would like us to publish your updates, the add £ 3.95 per month to the normal service charge for the (standard) web site service charges. We will publish your updates once a month for this fee. If you require updates at more frequent intervals, please add £ 5.00 for each update.

If this is all beyond you don’t worry (you are not alone), we can offer a similar service by FAX (or letter) and we will do all of the work for you. Fees subject to negotiation


		We can also offer this service with our “WEB Contact”, “BIZ Card” and “Home Page” services with set-up costs of £ 149, £99 and £49. receptively. Monthly cost for theses three services are £3/£7, £2.50/£6.5 and £2/£6 receptively in addition to the normal service charge

		If you have a number of pages that require updating at regular or frequent intervals such as Sale items or weekly updates for your local football club (with pictures?) please ask us to quote

Technical Information (for those of you who must know): We put your Web Page(s) on DUAL web servers, this is to ensure maximum reliability and availability of your Web Site. Incoming e-mail is via your own POP3 mail server with FREE Web Mail services, where you can read your e-mail, reply to it and create new e-mail from any computer that is connected to the Internet, in the world. We also offer options on your POP3 server:- Anti computer virus scanning / rejection, Anti SPAM (junk mail) scanning / rejection, Auto responders and SMS alert notification to your mobile. If you would like any of theses services please give us a call. If we provide your Internet connection we also provide SMTP out going e-mail servers. REMEMBER :- All first line telephone support at local call rates.
