Some individuals and firms are going around finding existing business names and then registering them as a web name (www.yourname.com or .co.uk), not for the business owners but for themselves. If you then want to use your own business name (that they have registered, but not for you) you will have to pay what ever they ask for (up to a point) to get ownership. You can go to Law to try and get your name but you will find that theses “poachers” will offer you the name for slightly less that the combined Court, Solicitor and Barrister fees (yep! lots of money).

We can prevent this problem !

On your instructions, we can register your business name for you, you will own it. You do not have to do anything else with your name, if you don’t want to. At a later date, if you want we can set up e-mail and/or a web site, but if you don’t want any other services at any time, your business name will be safe,.
