The “E-Mail Plus service includes all the following :-

We register for you the “WWW” address that you want..

(subject to it not already being registered by someone else)

We will help you every step of the way with the selection of the most suitable address for your organisation. The address will start with “www”, then “thenameyouchoose” and can finish in your choice of “.com”, “.co.uk”, “.org”, “.org.uk”, “.biz”, “.info” “.ltd.uk” or “.plc.uk” (the suffix).

Once you have decided on your web name (www), we get on and register it for you, in your name (not ours), this is yours to keep subject to the registration being kept up to date, this we do for you, and it is included in our service and covered by our fees.

We then create an e-mail service for you.

You will have an e-mail address of your choice at the “www” address that we register for you e.g. info@yourorganisation.co.uk.

You can have as many e-mail addresses as your desire. We offer a wide selection of e-mail options, including additional addresses. anti (computer) virus scanning of your incoming e-mail and web-mail this allows you to use your e-mail when you are out of your office as long as you can get access to another computer or e-mail device.

If you already have an e-mail address, such as btinternet, freeserve, aol etc. we can automatically send the e-mail that is sent to the new address that we create for you, to your old e-mail address. This will allow you to use both e-mail addresses and change very little the way that you have used your e-mail until now. We will advise you how to change your e-mail software so that it appears all the e-mail that you send is sent from your new exclusive e-mail address

We then create a web page for you.

With our “WEB Contact” service (the one described on this web page) we provide a simple mini web page that is similar to the example shown below. This web page is made from a standard template and includes your phone and fax numbers, postal address and a “hot spot” for your e-mail address (when anyone “clicks” on your e-mail address it will automatically start a new e-mail addressed to you). We can also include up to 15 words (of your choice) to describe your organisation. You can have the service offered above with up to 9 extra e-mail addresses (10 in total) for just £10.75 per month, saving you £4.20 per month and we will give you 40% off the extra e-mail account set up fee, saving a further £36.00 (this offer is only applicable at the time of order of the web site)

You can upgrade or change this service to any of our other services, at any time e.g. add extra e-mail addresses, upgrade your site or add services.

If you require any changes to your web page we do those for you at any time.

The above is just an illustration, the web page that we create for you will be full size and will fill the computer screen (640 x 480, VGA)

We can register more than one name for you e.g. if you have the “.com” you may also wish to have the “.co.uk”, we can do this and link the two together so that anyone typing in your name (at their PC) will get to the same web site if they type “.com” or “.co.uk”. This can be done for all the web name suffixes or even completely different web addresses

There is a monthly fee. This is to cover the Internet registration authorities fees, the cost of putting your web page on the Internet (hosting), the cost of running your e-mail service (POP3 mail server) and our administration charge (to keep it all together for you) collected by Monthly Standing Order The Monthly fee is just £ 5.95

If you have already registered a “www” (web) address via someone else, we can transfer it to our care (with your help) and offer our full (all inclusive) service to you. The cost of transfer to us is included in this offer, however if your existing registering company has any “transfer out” fee, this is not included in our offer. On the other hand If have registered your web address via someone else and you do not wish to transfer the registration to our care, we will give you a discount on our monthly fee, £0.25 for .(any).uk and £0.55 for all others (.com etc.).

There is a one off set up fee, that includes all the above, of just £49.00

Extra e-mail addresses are available at just £1.00 per account per month, with a one off set up fee of £10.00 per account.
